Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to cancel without any penalty.
Penalties: Penalty for late cancellation is 50% of the service cost.
Exceptions: Exceptions will be made for emergencies or unavoidable circumstances at the discretion of Rowan.
No-Show Policy:
Defined No-Show: A client is marked as a no-show if they fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice.
Charges: If an appointment is not cancelled per the Cancellation Policy and you are a no-show, the penalty will be the full cost of the service.
Reservation: Some businesses may require a credit card reservation for appointments, and a no-show might result in charging the card on file.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please reach out to Rowan directly at rowanhaswings@gmail.com. Rescheduling must take place before the Cancellation Policy goes into effect.
